Place your orders no later than 12/16 for delivery by 12/24.
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Fridays or during a holiday will be processed the following open business day.
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Shipments can be tracked through USPS
Free economy shipping is available for orders over $85.
Economy orders are shipped via USPS. Allow 2 – 7 days for delivery, after processing.
Note: If your order date falls on a non-business day, we will process your order on the following open business day. A business day is any day other than Saturday, Sunday, holidays or other business closings.
Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
We know it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.
We accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date on full-priced merchandise in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.
After submitting your request, a pre-paid return label and further instructions will be emailed to you. A return shipping fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Sale and Clearance items are Final Sales and are not returnable for any reason.
Item Defects & Errors
Sometimes, errors happen. When that occurs, we will make it right.
If your item is defective or incorrect, submit a return request and select the appropriate return reason. Upon receipt, we will promptly send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
Return & Exchange if Purchased Through a Retailer
Coast items purchased through one of our valued retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the retailers’ return and exchange policy.

How long does a return take?
When sending an item for a refund, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after your item is received. Please be aware that it may also take your bank a few extra days to post your refund to your account. Depending on your shipping location and the shipper you select, you may wish to allow 5-10 business days for transit time for your item to reach us.
