We offer several shipping options for your convenience. All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Fridays or during a holiday will be processed the following open business day.
Free economy shipping is available for orders over $65.
Economy/SurePost orders are shipped via UPS SurePost with final delivery by USPS.
Allow 2 – 7 days for delivery, after processing. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Shipments can be tracked through UPS.
UPS Ground orders will be delivered via UPS. Allow 1 – 6 days for delivery, after processing.

UPS 2 Day orders will be processed the same day if ordered before 3 pm EST. If the order is placed after 3 pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the next business day. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Shipments can be tracked through UPS.
Returns & Exchanges
We know it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date on full-priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.
Please include the Coast Merchandise Return Form, your order number and the original sales receipt with your shipment. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Item Defects & Errors

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us, and we will provide you with a paid shipping label to return the item. Upon receipt, we will promptly send you a replacement item.
NOTE: Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for an item in the same style, color, and same size as the defective item or you may choose to receive a refund.

Coast items purchased through one of our valued retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the retailers’ return and exchange policy.

How long does a return take?
When sending an item for a refund, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after your item is received. Please be aware that it may also take your bank a few extra days to post your refund to your account. Depending on your shipping location and the shipper you select, you may wish to allow 5-10 business days for transit time for your item to reach us.
